The Central Unified Music Department is proud to present a creepy and fun evening of music with "Spooktacular", on Thursday, October 24 beginning at 6:30 pm at the Central High-East PAC. Advanced tickets are 2/$5.00 or $5.00 per person at the door. And food trucks will be on-site from 4:30-6:30 to help you with those early munchy craves. Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year at Hanh Phan Tilley Elementary, home of the Panthers. I am thrilled that you have decided to view our school’s website in order to learn more about the wonderful students, staff and programs we have to offer. We are about to embark upon a new school year with great enthusiasm and anticipation of new opportunities that will enhance our instructional programs and school community as a whole. Our Tilley staff is dedicated to providing our students with well-rounded educational experiences. We believe it is critical to provide, not only academic instruction, but provide leadership opportunities, character education and exposure to the technologies in order to prepare students for college and career readiness.
